After ghost voters come ghost pensioners

There may be fewer ghost voters now with the automation of the polls, but it seems another kind of ghost is still among us. Sen. Franklin Drilon, chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance, said he suspected that are a lot of ghost pensioners being paid by the government.

Ombudsman Gutierrez brands impeach move ‘illegal’
